Weight Watchers Stromboli

A Weight Watchers Recipe

Makes 4 servings

1 can refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 cup low fat mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup thinly sliced arichoke hearts
3 roasted red peppers chopped
1/2 cup turkey pepperoni

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1. Sprinkle a little flour on a baking sheet and spread the pizza dough into a rectangular shape
2. Spread cheese on dough about 1/2 an inch away from the dough edges.
3. Spread out artichokes, peppers and turkey pepperoni.
4. Starting on the long side, roll the dough up and pinch the edges together.
5. Bake approximately 25-30 minutes unitl fully cooked.

I use extra cheese so factor that in if calculating points. I also used “artichoke bottoms” because I prefer them to the the hearts with leaves.

**To reheat, bake from fozen for 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
